Roles and Responsibilities:
· Component and tool design review, tool development and procurement of Samples
· On-Time delivery of tools and samples
· Identification & development of new vendors
· Simplifying tool construction for R&D tools.
Required Skills
·Hands on experience on Tool Design of Injection moulded components preferably on Poly Carbonate Material
·Experience in making soft mould materials
·Knowledge of various mould materials
·Experience in Expert Mould base extension (Pro-E) preferred
·Familiar with Mould flow analytics.
·Knowledge on latest mould making technology
·Experience in Mould machine selection
·Experience in Mould Costing and Component Costing
