Job Description: 

• Supplier development, monitoring, auditing & training
• Support Business Development for new projects by negotiate and getting best price along with cost break up and analysing
• Development of new components as per customer requirement & in house design based on APQP methodology
• Preparation of Inspection Plan and defining Measuring Methods
• Design /Development and Qualification of New Developed Components
• Preparation of CAD drawing and deriving worst case analysis
• ERP updation of Item Master, Vendor Master, P.O release etc,
• Following ISO 9001 & AS 9100 C requirements

Additional Information: 

Requirements
• Good knowledge in understanding of Mechanical component drawing
• Should be capable to develop the components individually by interacting with the supplier
• Should derive the sheet metal process based on the assembly drawing
• Good Knowledge on G D & T & drawing interpretation
• Good Knowledge in special process like Vacuum brazing, induction brazing, Heat treatment & plating processes
• Good knowledge on Aerospace/Automotive Material and standards
• Knowledge in preparing operating instruction ,
• Knowledge in cost estimation for new development parts
• Hands on experience in CAD Drawing
• Hands on experience in Vendor development/Vendor Audit.
• Knowledge on different packing material, Packing design
• Knowledge in preparing Standard operating instruction
