We introduce ourself as commercial toolmaker based in Pune, India, with a intention of developing small & precise plastic injection moulds (For thermoplastics & thermoset) for the automotive & automotive electronics, medical & white goods, electronic & electrical segment. Our infrastructure is capable of developing mould upto 500 x 450 mm size or upto 150 T injection molding machine. 85% of the moulds developed by us are of hardened tools & mould upto 64 cavity has been developed successfully.

We offer excellent solutions for Automated 3D Press Tool Die Design. Logopress3 is a french product for blank development, flattening, strip layout, customized die sets, automated drawing. It would also enable you to model stages for formed components. Logopress3 has got integrated standard components library of MISUMI, DANLEY, FIBRO, etc. This would enable to visualize 3D die before manufacture.
We also offer SolidWorks CAD/CAE/CFD/PDM software suite for machine design, plastic flow simulation for plastic component designer and mold maker.
