We introduce ourself as commercial toolmaker based in Pune, India, with a intention of developing small & precise plastic injection moulds (For thermoplastics & thermoset) for the automotive & automotive electronics, medical & white goods, electronic & electrical segment. Our infrastructure is capable of developing mould upto 500 x 450 mm size or upto 150 T injection molding machine. 85% of the moulds developed by us are of hardened tools & mould upto 64 cavity has been developed successfully. We have extensive experience in handling Hot Runner Systems in the mold & has handled successfully mould with 16 Drop Systems. We are experienced is developing moulds for PA 6 & 66 with & without GF upto 43%, PA 46, PPA upto 40% GF, PC – ABS, PC, POM, TPE, PP, PPS upto 40% GF, ABS, MF etc

We use 1.2344 ESR, 1.2083, DC 53, M333, HSS grade material from Lucchini, Assab, Buderus, & Bohler for manufacturing of core, cavity, sub insert & sliders depending upon the type of plastic material being used & the aesthetic requirement & C 50 & 1.2311 material for mould base plates. Other standard parts are from reputed suppliers like Progressive Comp, Misumi, Moldmasters Hot Runner . Manpower at our firm are qualified toolmakers from reputed institutes like CIPET, GT&TC etc. with experience ranging from 2 years to 20 years in the field of Plastic Injection moulds only.
